FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KINERJA PERAWAT DALAM MENDOKUMENTASIKAN ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN DI RUMAH SAKIT WOODWARD PALU
Abstract: Documentation of
nursing care is nursing records and reporting is essential as evidence of
nurses' performance in implementing nursing care. Documentation that does not
comply with the standards will be difficult be justified if there is a lawsuit
from the patient or his family. This study aimed to analyze the influence of
motivation, leadership, rewards and factors which most influence on the
performance of nurses in documenting nursing care. This study is an analytical
study using cross-sectional design. The total sample of 90 nurses in the
Hospital Inpatient Room Woodward Palu. Data were collected by using a
questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Chi-Square test at α <5% and
logistic regression. The results showed that there was motivation to influence
the performance of nurses with a value of p = 0.001, no effect of the
performance of nurse leadership with a value of p = 0.003, no effect of reward
with the performance of nurses with a value of p = 0.018 and the factors that
most influence the performance of nurses is motivation with p = 0.004, wald =
8.291, exp (B) = 0.089. Studies conclusion was no influence of ability,
attitude, motivation, leadership, rewards and the greatest effect is
motivation.
