FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN PEMANFAATAN PELAYANAN KESEHATAN DI RSUD LAKIPADADA KABUPATEN TANA TORAJA
Abstract: The hospital is one
of the health care facilities that can meet the need of community to utilize
the health services. This study was conducted to determine factors related to
the utilization of health services in Lakipadada hospital Tana Toraja in 2013. This
research was a quantitative cross-sectional design. The sample was 397
respondents with accidental sampling. The result shows that most respondents
utilize health services as many as 283 (71.3%) respondents, while those who do
not utilize the health services as many
as 114 (28.7%) respondents. From the result of Chi Square test, factors related
with the utilization of health services in hospitals Lakipadada are family and
references group (p <0.05). While factors that are not related with the
utilization of health services were age, occupation and income (p> 0.05).
This study suggests that the hospitals should improve the patient-oriented
marketing especially for the poor who utilize the hospital to get a medical
care.
