Pengaruh Interaksi Fisika Amoksisilina Trihidrat-Kalium Klavulanat terhadap Peningkatan Potensi Antibiotika pada Bakteri Non-Beta Laktamase Sarcina Lutea Sp.
Abstract: The relation between
physical interaction amoxicillin-clavulanate with their increasing antibiotic
sensitivity to non-betalactam bacteria: Sarcina lutea sp has been studied. Amoxicillin and clavulanate were mixing as
physical mixture (AC-PM) and freeze dried binary system (AC-FD). The experiment
measuring the inhibition diameter to Sarcina lutea sp from physical mixture
(AK-CF) and freeze dried mixture (AK-BK) in molar ratios: 0:10; 1:9; 2:8; until
to 10:0. The results showed that there were increasing antibiotic potency with
extremity on (3:7); (5:5); (7:3) physical mixtures and on (3:7); (5:5); (6:4)
freeze dried binary systems. The result is relevant with preliminary research
that proved the extreme interactions on the molar ratios.
