ANALISIS KERUSAKAN STRUKTUR BANGUNAN GEDUNG BAPPEDA WONOGIRI
ABSTRACT: The BAPPEDA office
building of Wonogiri regency is an
office owned by The Government of
Wonogiri Regency that has a
function as a
Development Planning Board
and Research Office
of the Regional
Development in Wonogiri regency. The building was built in
1997 with the main structure of reinforced concrete. The idea of using this
reinforced concrete based on the easiness in constructing, improving and
maintaining the infrastructures. Counted less than 5 (five) years of age of the
building, several parts of the building structures indicates several damages on
it’s structure element, such ini front terrace, first floor and in the column
of ground floor, those indications were accumulated in a porousity. This
research was intended to know the main cause of porousity and to decide the
repairment method. This research was carried out visually on the structure
element, according to the research result, it was found that there were
porousities on the concrete and cracks on the metal sheet of the terrace, first
floor and ground floor. From the technical research, found that during the
concrete processing and the supervision did not follow the proper arrangement
of concrete. The cracks found in this
research could be differentiated into
small and moderate
cracks. The cracks
repairment were set up
according to its level damages, such light repairment was done by removing the
cement floor, the moderate repairmen by
doing epoxy grouting,
while heavy repairment
was done the
metal sheet and
floor beam by
prepacked concrete process and on
the floor column by adding steel frames.
