STRATEGI PENINGKATAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN PUBLIK (Studi Deskriptif tentang Strategi Dinas Cipta Karya dan Tata Ruang Kota Surabaya dalam Peningkatan Kualitas Pelayanan Publik)

Abstract: There are still a lot of complaint from society about province goverment's bad services. To solve that problem, The dinas cipta karya and urban spatial of surabaya as service offer trying to increase the service quality with using some strategies and involving with surbaya goverment's programmes such as Surabaya Single Window (SSW). With applying this program hope that it will help to increase public services and satisfied the public with faster the processes with cut the cost. In this research, the author using theory about any strategies involve in increase of public services. The tool use to get the information is purposive sampling. While, the tool use to colect the data is direct observation, deep interview, documentation and tringulation. According to the data achieved, it show the strategies that dinas cipta karya and urban spatial of surabaya applied are service quality strategy, customer satisfaction strategy, and increase the value of organisation.
