Analisis Kualitas Pelayanan Perizinan Investasi di UPT Pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu (P2T) Provinsi dalam Meningkatkan Investasi di Jawa Timur
Abstract: Public services have
been experiencing some problems. Licensing service still has many problems such
as intransparent cost of licensing management, frustrating service
complication, unknown period of time needed for a service. East Java Province
accepted complains about public service problems among the other provinces in
2011. So Government carried on increasing the quality of service. In result,
East Java province acquired best public service reward during 2012 for UPT
Pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu. The purposes of this study are examining and
analyzing quality of investment licensing service using Tangible dimension,
Responsiveness dimension, Reliability dimension, Empathy dimension and
Assurance dimension. And then, looking
for relevancy of service quality evaluation by mean of those dimensions with
investment value which has came into East Java. The Method used in this study
is qualitative method with descriptive type. This study result shows quality
licensing of investment in UPT Pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu is good enough,
although there are still staff lacking, limited parking lot and information
deficiency for licensing applicant. Those improvements of licensing servis
quality are influencing to investment value which has come into East Java.
