PENGARUH TEMPAT TUMBUH DAN LAMA PENYULINGAN TERHADAP RENDEMEN MINYAK ATSIRI RAMBU ATAP (Baeckea frustescens L) DENGAN PENYULINGAN METODE PEREBUSAN
Abstract: This research aim to
determine the level of atsiri oil yield from Rambu Atap (Baeckea Frustescens)
and cineol content with boiling distillation method based on the growing sites
and duration of distillation. The
experimental design used is completely randomize design factorial. Growing site factors consist of Ex-situ (A1)
and under Ulin tree (A2) and distillation factors consist of 12 hours (B1), 18
hours (B2) and 24 hours (B3). Result of
research shows that both factors have effects on the yield of atsiri oil. Treatment A1 gives averages yields of 0,771%;
A2 gives 0,742%. Treatment B1 gives
0,689%; B2 gives 0,679% and B3 0,546%.
Cineol content of atsiri oil from Rambu atap plant is 8,7% for oil
treatment.
