PRODUKSI DAN ANALISIS KUALITATIF SENYAWA AKTIF GETAH POHON API-API (Avicennia marina Vierh)
Abstract: The aim of research
is to know the extractive and phytochemical content of wet and dry resin of
Avicennia marina Vierh. Phytochemical consist of alcaloid, saponin, flavonoid,
terpenoid (steroid and triterpenoid), and quinon. The above material were
analized in the laboratory of faculty of Mathematical and Natural Sains of
Lambung Mangkurat University. Completely
randomize design was used in the research. The result of research showed that
extractive rate of wet resin is higher (47,67%) than dry resin (12,53%). Phytochemical content showed different
compound between wet and dry resin. In
wet resin contained alcaloid, quinon and flavonoid, meanwhile in dry resin
contained saponin, quinon and flavonoid.
Production rate wet resin is higher (30,17 gram) than dry resin (5,3
gram).
