PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA PEGAWAI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI (Studi Kasus Pada Sekretariat Direktorat Jenderal Planologi Kehutanan, Kementerian Kehutanan)
Abstract: The purpose of this
study was to determine the motivation to work either partially or
simultaneously on the performance of employees in the Secretariat of the
Director General of Forestry Planning, Ministry of Forestry. In support of this
research conducted a quantitative method, the study population is the
Directorate General of Forestry Planning Secretariat, Ministry of Forestry with
the sample using the technique as much as 92 census respondents. Analysis
technique using the correlation test, regression test, and test the hypothesis
either partially (t test) and the joint hypothesis test (F test). The results
of data processing between the motivation of the performance of the correlation
value of 0.545, so there is a strong positive relationship between the
variables in the regression equation Y = 35.991 + 0.448 X2, so the pure value
of the variable performance regardless of the motivation variable of 35.991,
while the contribution of variables motivated by 0.448, hypothesis test results
look tcount 6.166> 2.000 then Ttable (ha) accepted by ρ = 0.000 <α =
0.05, thus the motivation to have a significant positive effect on performance.
To see the test results of simultaneous correlation of 0.723, then there is a
very strong positive relationship between the independent variables with the
dependent variable.
