Abstract: Charcoal bracket can
be made from low quality wood. The
mangrove forest have vegetation the durable and strong low and non commercial
is Bakau and Api-api. Bakau and Api-api can be used to make wood vinegar. The making of wood vinegar from the both of
species certain resultant waste is charcoal and this is can be made to be
bracket. The aim of research is to know effect of composition charcoal from
mixer Bakau and Api-api at press various to quality bracket charcoal. The research result that suitable with Japan
standard is bracket charcoal that have 3.55 – 4.73% ash content, water content
7.46%, and caloric value 6208.67 kal/gr.
The fly substance is not suitable with English and USA standard.
