PENENTUAN HUBUNGAN TINGGI BEBAS CABANG DENGAN DIAMETER POHON MERANTI PUTIH (Shorea bracteolata Dyer) DI AREAL HPH PT. AYA YAYANG INDONESIA, TABALONG, KALIMANTAN SELATAN
Abstract: The objective of
this research was to know relationship between clearbole height or height of
the begining of the crown with diameter of stem for predict volume of tree wood
based on only one of the dimension. Result of this research showed that there
was regression relationship between clearbole height (T) with diameter at
breast height (D) of Meranti Putih that had equation of height prediction based
on diameter T = 2,6430 D0,4746 or log T =
0,4221 + 0,4746 log D. The
changing of diameter and clearbole height tend resultante regression line.
