KELIMPAHAN FUNGI TANAH DI BAWAH TEGAKAN SENGON DI KECAMATAN CEMPAKA BANJARBARU
Abstract: The aims of this
research is to know types, distribution and abundance of soil fungi at
revegetation area ex coal-mine under Sengon (Paraserianthes falcataria) stand.
Sample of soil is taking under Paraserianthes falcataria stand by taking 30
point in the areal. The method of isolation of fungi with pour plate method and
SDA medium. identify of soil fungi with system of Saccardo and measurement of
enviroment soil temperature, soil
moisture, pH, rate of C organic, P total and N total. Parameter in this
research are types of fungi what found in land and also enumeration of
frequency, diversity, domination, important value index. 32 species can
isolatated from sengon area. Genus of Penicillium is group which biggest
dominating at Sengon area with INP 80,93%. Abundance of soil fungi in
revegetation area ex coal-mine District of Cempaka not yet fertil because its
amount still under 0,1-1 million Cfu/g.
