Akuntabilitas Moral Dosen pada Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi di Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik Universitas airlangga Surabaya

ABSTRACT: There are so many authority contradiction that show goverment’s moral accountability has been decreased. Nowadays, the law can’t estimate the right value in society. According to M. Agus Suseno, morality is very subjective human’s behavior, because is different, because of that the normative ideal standart rule is made. While according to Franz Magnis-Suseno, erite of “EtikaDasar. Masalah-Masalah Pokok Filsafat Moral”, human morality judgement can’t only justified by ethics, obligation of revalations and our divine feeling, from the authority dictates or based on specific insignt. In the manner as Airlangga University chathword “Excellent with Morality” therefore how is the practices of education authority. This research use descriptive qualitative method approach wich describes the moral accountability of lecturer to “Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi”. the conclusion is the moral accountability of lecturers in fulfilling their tri dharma perguruan tinggi duty can be judge by honesty, authetical value, obligatiaon of duty, morality independence, humbleness, realistic and critival.
