Studi tentang Implementasi Program Sanitasi Total dan Pemasaran Sanitasi (StoPs) dalam Perspektif Deliberatif di Desa Ngampungan Kecamatan Bareng Kabupaten Jombang
Abstract: Poor sanitation and
hygienic infant mortality, resulting in behavior the pain and malnutrition in
children threatening great potential for human resources. The other side
sanitary facilities safe and sound associated with economic growth. Poor people
in the village have access to facilities low sanitary privy healthy, especially
access and still use surface water sources to fulfill the contaminated water
and sanitation. In addition, lack of access to healthy development of rural
latrines are generally concerned with the challenge of behavior very closely
with cultural practices. Therefore, the necessary cooperation between the
Government and the community in order to be able to support the Total
Sanitation Programme and marketing sanitation (SToPs) to reduce the numbers and
being able to change the BABs mindset of society so that the switch to healthy
life patterns.s research aims to describe about the influence factors of
dialogue and participation in the implementation of the program SToPs at the
village of Ngampungan Sub-district With Ticino. The study found that at the
time of program implementation process SToPs not getting significant results
and not the passage of dialogue and participation between the Government and
the community, so that the purpose of the program SToPs not reached full
potential
