Abstract: Empowerment of
Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in fish crackers Labsite program is
an empowerment efforts undertaken by the government in this study Bapemas East
Java and Sidoarjo regency BPMPKB by providing grants to small artisans and
seasonal with a look at the characteristics, potential, and problems that exist
in the village Kedung Rejo, District Jabon. The village was chosen as Kedung
Rejo Jabon Regional District received funding Labsite, because the potential of
the village of Kampung Kedung Rejo as crackers, as well as most of the
residents are craftsmen fish crackers, fish crackers but the majority of the
artisans in the village of Craftsmen Kedung Rejo is still small and seasonal
difficulties in the production of capital, so that the Fund can help improve
