GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN IKLIM KOMUNIKASI DI KEMENTERIAN PERTAHANAN
Abstract: Defense Ministry is
a unique institution in term of its split status of staff, i.e. military
members and civilians. Unlike other ministries, the Ministry of Defense has its
own institutional culture with military-like model. This model creates typical
military leadership style in this ministry. This article analyzes the
communication pattern applied at the ministry as well as its influence into the
working climate among the staff.
