ANALISIS EMPIRIS PENGARUH PUBLIC RELATIONS TERHADAP CITRA HERO SUPERMARKET
Abstract: In this strong
competition era nowadays, contentment and service quality improvement are the
main concern of big and well-known companies such as PT Hero Supermarket Tbk.
Consumer is always treated as a "king". Consumer’s satisfaction comes
first. Public relations play very significant role in guaranting the consumer’s
satisfaction because they contribute very much in creating the company’s image
and in return can increate . The author scrutinizes the influence of public
relations to the image of PT Hero Supermarket Tbk in order to maintain the good
image of this publicly traded company.
