Akad dalam Fikih Kontemporer
Abstract: The Institution of
Islamic Finance has been mushrooming nowadays. Akad (Contract) as the legal
basis of its operations which had been discussed in Islamic Classical thoughts
needs to be examined carefully with the mechanism of these Islamic Finance
Institutions to be more effective, efficient and coherent for the society’s
welfare.
