Pailit dalam Perspektif Fikih Muamalat
Abstract: Insolvent or iflas
in terms of fiqh, is one very important issue to be considered and anticipated
by all businesses (businesses) in its business. The risk of bankruptcy can be
experienced by a businessman, when in doing business does not keep good
business rules, or not professional in its business, or is caused by a factor
of production that does not comply with markets, and or not supported by
sufficient capital. Because of that, how insolvent or iflas it? When is an
employer referred to as a insolvent (muflis)? Who is entitled to issue a
statement that insolvent? How is the status of the property entrepreneurs/business
insolvent (if any), it becomes important to study.
