POLITIK HUKUM DESENTRALISASI FISKAL DI ERA OTONOMI DAERAH
Abstrak: After the fall of new
order regime, there was a pressure from many parties to fix the governmental
system in Indonesia and one of the ways to fix it, is to do the provincial
autonomy dan decentralization. The consequence from the provincial autonomy
given by the government is the fund needed to do the provincial autonomy itself.
To support the execution of provincial autonomy according to concept of money
follows functions in which the government transfers the fund for supporting the
activity of the local government, government makes the rules as the legal
fundament of fiscal decentralization in Indonesia. The rules about fiscal
decentralization has gone through some transformations in order to find the
best formula to achieve the purpose of this country
