PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN SMA BUDI LUHUR (STUDI KASUS TAHUN 2007)
Abstrack: This research was
conducted to determine the influence of the role of Instentif on performance of
employees. This research was conducted at the school of SMA Budi Luhur
Tangerang. The hypothesis tested was the motivation of working (X1) with
respect to the performance of employees (Y). The hypothesis tested instentif
influential significantly to performance. As for the purpose of this research
is to know how much influence the role of motivation on performance of
employees, as well as to find out if the variables were significant in
statitistik and can be made gauge and consideration in realizing good employee
performance. This research using questionnaires were distributed to respondents
as ways to gather information on employee opinions about the perception of work
motivation on performance of employees. The statistical analysis method of
reply was made with the help of computer application, SPPS version 7.5,
especially to determine the validity and reliability of data, as well as for
testing simple and double regression liniear to learn the level of significance
and test hypotheses needful. In the latter part of this research we also
include the conclusions, suggestions for SMA Budi Luhur schools as a reference
to motivate performance in order to improve the performance of employees. From
the correlation test results can be inferred that the motivational variable
work (X 1) has a very strong correlation to the performance of employees (Y). Testers
of variable reliability program is carried out using SPSS and Cronbach Alpha
method. The results of this research show that there are significant negative influence
on the motivation of working on performance among employees through the
regression equation, Y = not standard 34,65-0, 134X1, Fhitung > results of
the test results of test Ftabel Fhitung = Ftabel = 2,510 < 3,186 meaning not
significant at the 0.05 level. The coefficient of determination R2 Adjusted =
0,059. Results of the test t have thitung > ttabel i.e. This means 2,5
effects on performance of employees.
