Abstract: Analyzed the calcium
content in cassava leaves and tubers has been done. According Almatsier, 2002
and Rukmana, 1997; Cassava contains 33-165 mg of calcium per 100 grams. In this
study the leaves andtubers of cassava dry destruction, the results are analyzed
on the Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer . The results showed the calcium
content in the leaves of 91.2448-169.9861 mg / kg (average of 133.5352 mg / kg)
while in the tuber 48.6116-71.1297 mg / kg (average of 58.6203 mg/ kg)
