Abstract: This research aims toAfind out if there is aApsychological climate amongAthe influences on performanceAofemployees through jobAsatisfaction as an interveningAvariable in pt. Surabaya East JavaAbranch of the IslamicBank. This typeAof research is causalAresearch with quantitative approachAwith a population of as manyAas 60people andAsampling techniques usingAProportional Random Sampling, thenAused simple random sampling. TheresultsAof this study showed thatAthe psychological climate positiveAeffect on performance andAjob satisfaction ofemployees, but there isAno significant positive resultsAand the performance of theAemployees against jobsatisfaction
