Aplikasi Model Konservasi Asuhan Keperawatan Diabetes Mellitus
Abstract: Application of
Levine conservation model for nursing care patient diabetes mellitus, provide
an overview that wholeness can be achieved by conservation. The purpose of this
study is to overview the application of Levine conservation model for patient
diabetes mellitus. Using descriptive eksploration design, a total of 30
respondents participated in this study.
The most nursing diagnosis is imbalanced nutrition : less than body
requirement. Nursing intervention is terapeutik and supportif intervention.
Levine conservation model can be applied as a framework of nursing care to
achieve wholeness of the patient through adjusting process by maintaining
energy, structural, personal and social integrity.
Penerapan model konservasi Levine pada asuhan keperawatan pasien dengan
diabetes mellitus memberikan gambaran tentang keutuhan yang dicapai melalui
konservasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran penerapan model
konservasi Levine pada pasien dengan diabetes mellitus. Penelitian menggunakan
desain deskriptif eksploratif dengan jumlah responden 30 pasien. Hasil analisa
menunjukan bahwa diagnosa keperawatan yang sering muncul adalah gangguan
keseimbangan nutrisi: kurang dari kebutuhan. Intervensi yang diberikan berupa
intervensi terapeutik dan suportif. Perawat dapat menerapkan model konservasi
Levine sebagai kerangka tindakan keperawatan melalui upaya memelihara
integritas energi, struktural, personal dan sosial.
