ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KEJADIAN STROKE AKUT PADA PASIEN STROKE YANG DIBAWA KE INSTALASI GAWAT DARURAT RSI KLATEN
Abstract: Stroke is influenced
by factors that could be changed and could not be changed. Searches stroke risk
factors have not become standard guidelines in the prevention of subsequent
stroke. That point of why the incidence of acute stroke and recurrent stroke is
increase.
The purpose of this research was to analyze the factors that influence
the incidence of acute stroke in stroke patients who were brought to the
Emergency Room of Klaten Islamic
Hospital. This method of the research used quantitative research approaches
correlation with cross sectional. The research sample Non Probability taken
using purposive sampling of 190 respondents who meet the criteria for acute
stroke patients who were first brought to the Emergency Room of Klaten Islamic Hospital. The instruments used
were checklist sheet. Bivariate analysis using chi square and multivariate
analysis using logistic regression.
The results of this research found
the highest proportion of non-hemorrhagic stroke suffered by the male sex
(60.7%) and hypertension (78.6%), while the highest proportion of hemorrhagic
stroke suffered in cases of hypertension (84.6%). However, if the distinguished
sex, then obtained the highest proportion who suffered a hemorrhagic stroke on
the sex of men with hypertension cases (97.0%) and hyperglycemia (87.9%).
The conclusion of this research there was a significant correlation
between gender (p 0.020), blood pressure (p 0.022) and blood sugar levels (p
0.000) with the incidence of acute stroke in stroke patients who were brought
to the Emergency Room of Klaten Islamic Hospital. There was no significant
relationship between a history of heart disease (p 0.812) and total cholesterol
(p 0.879 and males p 0.088) with the incidence of acute stroke in stroke
patients who were brought to the the Emergency Room of Klaten Islamic Hospital.
There was a relationship between blood pressure (males p 0.007), blood sugar
levels when (males p 0.000 and women p 0.004), and total cholesterol levels
(female p 0.032) with the incidence of acute stroke in stroke patients who were
brought to the Emergency Room of Klaten Islamic Hospital.
The risk factors that most influence on the incidence of acute stroke in
general was gender (p 0.029 and blood sugar levels (p 0.000). The most was the
blood pressure (p 0.069) and blood sugar levels (p 0.002). While the most
influential factors in the group of female sex on the incidence of acute stroke
was blood sugar levels (p 0.003) and
total cholesterol (p 0.018).
