RANCANG BANGUN APLIKASI PENANGANAN BERKAS PERKARA DI POLRES JEMBER
Abstract: Kepolisian Resort
(Polres) Jember is the command structure of the Polri in the district town of Jember.
The task of the Polres is based on decree no. 23 of 2010/ Chapter 2/ Paragraph
2/ Article 5. Under the regulation, Polres Jember can not be separated from the
case file handling and issuance of Police Notes (SKCK). The number of cases
handled and the number of application for the issuance of public SKCK cause officers
find it difficult which is required to work faster in doing their job.This is
due to the absence of applications that can help performance in Jember Police
officers. In this study, the problem is solved by building a case file handling
applications in Polres Jember using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Case files handling application built to facilitate Polres Jember officers in
handling the case file and publishing SKCK. After testing, case files handling
application in Polres Jember is able to overcome the existing problems inaccordance
with SOP Transparansi Di Bidang Penyidikan Sat Reskrim Polres Jember Year 2009
and Police Chief Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 18 of 2014 on
the Procedure for the Issuance of Police Notes. So this application can manage
and archive the case file, manage PUSINAFIS data, manage SKCK data, and
generate crime reports and SKCK reports.
