PERANCANGAN TATA KELOLA SYSTEM INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY INCIDENT MANAGEMENT PADA LABORATORIUM KOMPUTER STIKOM SURABAYA
Abstract: Institute for
Business and Information Stikom Surabaya (Stikom Surabaya) is an institution engaged
in education that emphasizes information and technology. This is evidenced by
the facilities and infrastructure that can support the entire educational
process. One is the Computer Laboratory (Labkom) located on the 6th floor of
the blue building Stikom Surabaya. The handling of incidents currently only based
on staff knowledge Labkom, because Labkom not yet have a apparent standard
workflow should an incident occur at Labkom, so that if such incidents repeated
then must wait for staff who know the improvement incident. Examples of
disturbance occur in Labkom is a power outage, the server is down, the network
suddenly disconnected from the disorder have an impact on the activity that
occurs in Labkom stopped and waiting for recovery. Based on the problems that
occur in Labkom this time, so inthis study has been created and resulting the
Standard Operating Procedure STI services as a standard work at Labkom and has
produced a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Work Instructions (WI), and Work
Record (WR) using Incident Management in Service Operations - Information
Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) V3.
