STUDI PERBANDINGAN HASIL BELAJAR BIOLOGI SISWA YANG DIBERI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE NUMBERED HEAD TOGETHER (NHT) DENGAN TIPE TALKING STICK DI KELAS XI SMA PEMBANGUNAN LABORATORIUM UNIVERSITAS NEGERI PADANG
ABSTRACT: This research
purpose to compare students’ biology learning achievement that used cooperative
learning model Numbered Head Together with the other class that used Talking
Stick in class XI at SMA Pembangunan Laboratorium Universitas Negeri Padang.
This research was based on the problem in this school that still dominated by
teacher centered learning and low interest and activity of students in
learning, those make the students bored in the classroom. This research was
quasi-experimental research which used the static group comparison design that
modified, because in this research didnot used any control class. Sample of
this research was choosen by saturation sampling. Result showed that students’
biology learning achievement using Numbered Head Together has significant
difference with using Talking Stick learning model.
