KERJASAMA PEMPROV KALTIM HALLA ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION (HECC) DALAM PROYEK PEMBANGUNAN JALAN DI KABUPATEN NUNUKAN
Abstract: This studi is aimed
to describe the cooperation between East Kalimantan provincial goverment and
Halla Engineering And Construction Corporation (HECC) for road construction
projects in nunukan. This research uses descriptive type that describes how the
East Kalimantan provincial goverment and HECC cooperation in the construction
of road projects in Nunukan districts, seimenggaris. This study will be
analyzed using the concept of bilateral cooperation in functional categories,
implement and support a specific function. The result show that the cooperation
development projects in the border. The role of the provincial goverment in
cooperation with the company kaltim HECC in a road contruction project in the
border precisely in Nunukan districts, seimenggaris, based on the Contract
Agreement from 11 April 2014-10 Desember 2016. It is expected to overcome the
problems that occurred in the border area. With the cooperation in
infrastructure development in the border is expected to facilitate the
activities of the community and economic activities can be run well.
