INTERNALISASI NILAI – NILAI PANCASILA DAN RASA CINTA TANAH AIR PADA REMAJA DI PERBATASAN INDONESIA – MALAYSIA (PULAU SEBATIK, KABUPATEN NUNUKAN, KALIMANTAN UTARA)
Abstract: Research of the internalization
of the values of Pancasila and the love for the homeland in adolescents in the
Indonesia-Malaysia border aims to identify and describe the internalization of
the values of Pancasila and the love of the homeland in adolescents on the
border island of Sebatik, Nunukan Regency, North Kalimantan.
This study used a qualitative research with case study approach.
Researcher using snowball sampling technique. Methods of data collection in
this study using observation and interview with three subjects.
The results showed that the three subjects to internalize the values of
Pancasila in their daily lives, although not in its entirety and loved his
homeland. On the first subject Nurmah, have the knowledge and awareness of the
importance of Pancasila, have the ability to apply all the values of Pancasila,
is proud to be citizens of the border, although sometimes feel embarrassed with
the accent used, but Nurmah never thought to switch nationality. The second
subject, Ruslan, have the knowledge and awareness of the importance of
Pancasila, but have not implemented the second Pancasila values which demeaning
other religions. Ruslan is proud to be citizens of the border and love the
homeland by always following nasioanal day, but have thought to switch
nationality. The third subject Andi Kurnia, has the knowledge and awareness of
the importance of Pancasila, but have not implemented Pancasila values of
divinity that is not doing the five daily prayers and humanity that have not
been able to be fair to the other. Andi Kurnia also feel proud to be citizens
of the border and love the homeland, but have the thought to switch
nationality.
