diagnosed with breast cancer are phsycal, mentally, social and spiritual. The
mental burden that is experienced by the patients are shock, stress, sad, and
fear of death on each development. It begins when the first symptoms is
diagnosed, during the healing and after the healing periods.

breast cancer patients and to understand, explore and describe the resilience
dynamics on breast cancer patients. The research using purposive sampling. The
data was collected using observation and in depth interviews method with all
four subjects.
The results showed all four subjects received support from families and
friends so that they felt loved and cared. However the dynamic of resilience
establishment on each subject is different. This resilience was affected by the
subject abilities to arise and survive the breast cancer. Three out of four
subjects believed that they could be healed so they do not have to take another
chemotherapy and they could live better. However the other one seems
pessimistic about it.
