BEBAN KERJA DAN PERILAKU ALTRUISTIK PADA PEGAWAI PUSKESMAS
Abstract: The research
revealed a relationship between the workload of employees in Gedongtengen
health centers in Yogyakarta with their altruistic behavior. The hypothesis
proposed in this study was a negative correlation between workload with health care
staff altruistic behavior in Gedongtengen Yogyakarta. The researchsubject was
health center staff in GedongtengenYogyakarta. Data analysis methodused in this
research was13.0SPSS computer program. Data analysis result showed that the
correlation coefficient was -0.710 with a significance of 0.000. Statistical
analysis showed significance of <0.05 then the hypothesis was accepted which
meant there was a negative relationship between workload with health center
staff altruistic behavior in GedongtengenYogayakarta.
