TANGGUNG JAWAB MASKAPAI LION AIR TERHADAP KETERLAMBATAN JADWAL PENERBANGAN DI BANDARA INTERNATIONAL MINANGKABAU
Abstract: Responsibilities of
flight delays PT. Lion Mentari Airlines as a provider of services to passengers
flying motivated by the many users of air transport services in Indonesia are
less satisfied with airline services primarily flight delay problems. The formulation
of the problem is 1) What is the responsibility of the airline company lion air
in the transport of goods and passengers as air freight transport providers in
case of flight delays at Minangkabau International airport. 2) What kind of
compensation provided by the airline lion air to passengers during flight
delays. The method used in this thesis is to use empirical sociological law
research, which is conducted by interviewing operational Lion Air and victims
who have had problems with flight delays airline Lion Air. Results of research
responsibilities airline company Lion Air in the carriage of goods and
passengers in case of flight delays is to provide compensation in accordance
with the length of the delay. Forms of compensation provided by the airline
Lion Air to passengers during flight delays that come with giving snacks and
beverages, heavy meals, compensation money, the provision of airline tickets on
another airline.
