PERLINDUNGAN HUKUM BAGI KONSUMEN TERHADAP AIR MINUM DALAM KEMASAN YANG TIDAK SESUAI DENGAN MUTU STANDAR NASIONAL INDONESIA (SNI) DI KOTA PADANG
Abstract: In order to achieve
legal protection for consumers, especially consumers who consume bottled water
needs to be established a quality assurance system of beverage packaging that
provides good protection for those who produce and who consume beverage
packaging. Such guarantees with SNI in a product. Issues raised in this paper
are (1) What legal protection for consumers who consume bottled water that does
not match the Quality of Indonesian National Standard (SNI) in the city of
Padang (2) What factors that cause consumers to consume bottled water are
Quality does not comply with the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) in the city
of Padang. This research uses juridical sociological research and Data used
include primary data and secondary data. were obtained through interviews and
document study analyzed qualitatively. From the study it can be concluded that
(1) Legal protection for consumers against the bottled water that does not
comply with the Quality of Indonesian National Standard (SNI) Padang City is
divided into two forms, namely the Protection of preventive and legal
protection repressive (2) factors that cause consumers consume bottled water
that does not comply with ISO quality that is more practical and affordable.
