Abstract: Child public road

research criminal? Metode is sosiologis yuridis, primary data and data of sekunder
as source of data. Technique data collecting that is document study ang
interview. Data in analisysis qualitative conclude result of research of is :
(1) Role of institute protection of child in field town supporting handling of
field town public road child, at the same time got mixed up with to develop
concept of advokasi policy of law. With self-supporting institute of
organization or society of is non government. (2) Constraint faced by institute
protection of field town child in doing/conduting advokasi to natural child of
doing an injustice is do not want to his/its of victim report occunrence of
doing an injustice which is its happen. Less of human resource instituted by
protection of Town field child and less its understending some management of law
concerning code/Law protection of child.
