PERANAN KANTOR IMIGRASI KELAS 1 PADANG DALAM MELAKUKAN PENGAWASAN WARGA NEGARA ASING DI KOTA PADANG
Abstract: Immigrants is a
movement of people from one country to another, in which he was not a native
citizen where he settled. Immigration Office is the institution responsible
jaab the exit or entry of foreigners to the city of Padang. The formulation of
the problem as follows: 1). How supervision of immigration class 1 Padang on
foreigners in the city of Padang, 2). Problems were found by the immigration
office class 1 Padang in conducting surveillance of foreigners in the city of
Padang, 3). The efforts made by the immigration office class 1 Padang in
optimizing the monitoring well to strangers. The method of writing this
research, using sociological research / empirical. By analyzing the data in the
form of numbers and data performance class 1 Padang immigration offices of the
existence and activities of foreigners in the city of Padang, which had a
positive impact with supervision by carefully and thoroughly. But they are also
common violations of law by the influx of foreigners from unofficial channels
apart from the Immigration Padang. Conclusions: 1). Supervision of foreigners
in the city of Padang is good enough in terms of supervision in the field and
in terms of administrative and field. 2). Problems were found for supervising
foreigners in the city of Padang is constrained in terms of human resources a
bit with the number of working areas are very spacious. 3). Efforts are being
made in optimizing surveillance by means of supervising and monitoring the
movements of foreigners carried out by immigration, stakeholders, and the
public.
