ABSTRACT: The cooperative is a
legal business entity-body for the purpose of prosper members in particular and
society in General. In the cooperative business activities, the Agency
supervisor is one of the organs of the cooperative role in overseeing all
activities in co-op. The issues examined are (1) how is the role of the
supervisory bodies in the Republic of Indonesia was APPOINTED Officer of the
cooperative. Dr. m. Djamil fields (2) what are the obstacles faced by the
Supervisory officials of the Republic of Indonesia was Cooperative. Dr. M.
Djamil Field. The methods used in this research is the juridical sociological
i.e. research conducted in field to get primary data through interviews to
informants with semi structured. The authors also use secondary data as \ well
as using qualitative data analysis method. From the results of the research can
be concluded (1) supervisory Role in the Republic of Indonesia was APPOINTED
Officer of the cooperative. Dr. m. Djamil Padang is conducting surveillance
against the implementation of the policy over the management of the cooperative
and create a report of the results of surveillance carried out. (2) obstacles
faced by Supervisory Cooperative Republic of Indonesia was APPOINTED. Dr. m.
Djamil Padang is the lack of number of members of the supervisory body occurred
resulting in difficulty to control all of the business units of the Republic of
Indonesia was APPOINTED Officer of the cooperative. Dr. M. Djamil Field.
