PENYELIDIKAN TINDAK PIDANA PENIPUAN DENGAN CARA HIPNOTIS DI POLRESTA PADANG
ABSTRAK: Developments in
science and technology influence on people's lives , which can provide positive
and negative impacts . One of which is the negative impact of fraud by using
hypnosis . Issues raised in this paper are : ( 1 ) How to investigators in
investigating criminal fraud with hypnosis in Champaign Police ? and ( 2 ) What
are the constraints investigators in investigating criminalfraud by means of
hypnosis in Champaign Police ? This study used socio-juridical approach . Data
used include primary data and secondary data , the data collected by the study
ofdocuments and interviews . The data were analyzed qualitatively . From
research conducted concluded : Ways investigation of fraud cases with hypnotic
intensified with the Padang Policeranks , reporting arrests , and
investigations . Obstacles encountered include: where , many victims do not
report , many victims do not know the perpetrators , witnesses in general are victims
themselves , difficulty in obtaining evidence of tool - lat the case hypnotic ,
hypnotic villain,groups.
