PENGATURAN PENEGAKAN HUKUM (LAW ENFORCEMENT) TERHADAP TINDAK PIDANA NARKOTIKA PADA KONVENSI WINA 1988 (CONVENTION AGAINST ILLICIT TRAFFIC IN NARCOTIC DRUGS AND PSYCHOTROPIC SUBSTANCES 1988) DAN IMPLEMENTASINYA DI INDONESIA
Abstract: In the matter of the
abuse of narcotics, an internationally regulated in the Convention; Illicit
Narcotic Drugs and in Phychotropic Substances of 1988 or better known as the
Vienna Convention of 1988. This Convention is the Single Convention on Narcotic
Drugs of the renewal or the Single Convention On Narcotic Drugs and. In its
application, Indonesia has to make it happen in Act No. 35 of 2009 about
narcotics. Outline of the issues covered are: 1). How did law enforcement
Arrangements against crime narcotics Convention of Vienna 1988 (Convention
Against Illicit Traffic in Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances of 1988)
and its implementation in Indonesia on the basis of Act No. 35 of 2009 about
Illegals? 2.) how can international cooperation in dealing with the crime of
narcotics interanasional and international organizations in the UN related to
enforcement of the law against the crime of narcotics internationally? Research
methods with normative legal method that focuses on research to secondary data
composed of primary legal materials, legal materials and legal materials
tertiary secondary, data collection techniques used is a study of the documents
analysed qualitatively. The results of this research were: 1). the crime of narcotics
law Arrangements based on the 1988 Vienna Convention regulating and setting for
each of the participating countries to strengthen the power of the law against
the crime of narcotics in the Implementation on Act No. 35 of 2009 about
Narcotics and Indonesia carry out through BNN. 2). International cooperation in
dealing with the crime of narcotics interanasional has been implemented through
three anti drug Conventions, and there are several bodies in the UNITED NATIONS
in a container that is associated with the enforcement of the law against the
crime of narcotics among other International Commission of narcotic drugs, the
International Narcotics Watchdog Agency, Interpol, Honlea and the NCB.
