PENGATURAN PENARIKAN GARIS PANGKAL LURUS KEPULAUAN (GPLK) MENURUT UNCLOS III 1982 DAN IMPLEMENTASINYA DI INDONESIA
Abstract: Archipelagic
straight baseline is connecting the outermost points of the islands and the
outer islands of dry coral, provided that within such baseline include the
major islands and an area where the comparison between the territorial waters
and inlandareas, including atolls, is between one to one and nine to one. 1)
How the withdrawal arrangements straight archipelagic baselines according to
UNCLOS III 1982? 2) How the implementation of the withdrawal of straight
baselines island in Indonesia ?. This research method in various normative
legal research with data collection namely through library to obtain secondary
data. Based on all the data obtained from theresults of research are secondary
data compiled and analyzed with descriptivemethods or describe the events.
Based on studies carried out documents found that : 1) The withdrawal
arrangements straight archipelagic baselines according toUNCLOS III 1982 which
is an island nation can draw straight archipelagic baselinesconnecting the
outermost points of the island and the outer islands of dry coral,provided that
within such baselines including the major islands and an area where a comparison
between the territorial waters and inland areas, including atolls, isbetween
one to one and nine to one, 2) Indonesia implements the withdrawal ofstraight
archipelagic baselines by fatifying UNCLOS III in 1982 by Law No. 17 of1985 on
the ratification of UNCLOS III 1982.
