PENGARUH KOMITMEN ORGANISASI, GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN STRUKTUR ORGANISASI TERHADAP HUBUNGAN ANTARA PARTISIPASI ANGGARAN DENGAN KINERJA MANAJERIAL (Studi Pada Rumah Sakit Swasta di Kota Jambi)
Abstract: The purpose of this
research is to (1). identifies the influence of budget participation on
managerial performance. (2). identifies the influence of organizational
commitment moderate the budget participation on managerial performance. (3).
identifies the influence of leadership style moderate the budget participation
on managerial performance. (4). identifies the organizational structure
uncertainty moderate the budget participation on managerial performance.(5).
identifies the influence of organizational commitment, leader ship style,
andorganizational structure simultaneous moderate the budget participation on
managerial performance. This research used 41 sample were from manager’s of
private hospital in Jambi City. The type
of data used are primary data with distribution of questionnaires. The data
analysis method used is instrument test, classic assumptions test, simple
regression analyzes and absolute difference test. The result of this research
have showed (1). budget participation has an significant and positive effect on
managerial performance. (2). organizational commitment does not moderate the
influence of budget participation on managerial performance. (3). leadership
style does not moderate the influence of budget participation on managerial
performance. (4). organizational structure does not moderate the influence of
budget participation on managerial performance. (5). in simultaneous of
organizational commitment ,leadership style, and organizational structure has
moderate the influence of budget participation on managerial performance.
