PENERAPAN PERATURAN DAERAH KOTA PARIAMAN NOMOR 4 TAHUN 2010TENTANG PENYELENGGARAAN ADMINISTRASI KEPENDUDUKAN ( Studi Kasus : Pembuatan Akta Kelahiran )

Abstract: A birth certificate is an important document that should be owned by every resident. In Kota Pariaman its residents are required to have a birth certificate. It is regulated in Article 30 Paragraph (1) Pariaman City Regulation No. 4 of 2010 on the Implementation of the Population Administration. Office of Population and Civil Registration (Disdukcapil) is a regional government agency in charge of citizen identification and Registration of birth certificates. The formulation of the problem in this research are: 1. How the process of the birth certificate in Disdukcapil Kota Pariaman. 2. what problems encountered by employees when pembuataan birth certificate. 3. What do businesses Disdukcapil employees in Kota Pariaman in reducing the problem of the birth certificate That is by doing research directly to the relevant agencies conduct employee interviews to relevant agencies. Based on the research conclusions that can be drawn are: 1.Process birth certificate in accordance with the regulations related to the Department of Legislation and S.O.P there. 2. The constraints experienced on the infrastructure is inadequate and HR employees who sometimes less. 3. The effort that has been done is to disseminate to the public related to a deed of civil registration, as well as the proposal to update Pariaman City Regulation No. 4 of 2010 concerning Population Administration
