PELAYANAN TERHADAP NARAPIDANA WANITA YANG SEDANG HAMIL DAN PASCA MELAHIRKAN DI LEMBAGA PEMASYARAKATAN (Studi Kasus: Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Klas IIB Tanjung Pati)
Abstract: Convict women who
are pregnant and postpartum are entitled to welfare in his life. But coaching
should be in accordance with the basic principles of stewardship and
regulations, especially in Act No. 12 of 1995 concerning Corrections.
Formulation of the problem 1. How does the service of women prisoners who are
pregnant and postpartum in class IIB Penitentiary Cape Starch? 2. What
obstacles faced by officers in prison in the service of women prisoners who are
pregnant and postpartum in class IIB Penitentiary Cape Starch? 3. How is the
effort to overcome the obstacles in the service of women prisoners who are
pregnant and postpartum in class IIB Penitentiary Cape Starch? Using juridical
sociological research methods, primary and secondary data, data collection
techniques with interviews, document studies, and observation. The results were
obtained conclusions 1. Service to prisoners pregnant and postpartum women in
prisons class IIB Cape Starch with general examination mother, the baby's heart
rate checks, and drug delivery in the form of the vitamin. 2. Constraints faced
by officers in the service, the lack of medical personnel, and there are no
special rooms for pregnant women and infants. 3. Measures to overcome obstacles
as services, by adding medical equipment, providing midwife, providing extra
food, especially to pregnant women and postpartum.
