PELAKSANAAN PERJANJIAN JUAL BELI ONLINE ANTARA RINI SHOP DENGAN KONSUMEN
Abstract: This paper discusses
online business is using computers, computers network and, electronic media.
The formulation of the problems, (1) How the implementation of the right and
oblogations of the parties in the online business process. (2) What the obstacles
in the online business process and its solution. This research using the juridical sociological research, wich
using primary data. Data were collected through interviews and document, and
quantitative analysis. From the research can be concluded : (1) The implementation of rights and oblogations
of the parties in the transaction process before and after the client received
the offer from the seller , the seller
will send the goods if the client has
made payment. (2) The obtacles in online
business transaction are wrong delivery of goods wich resolved by replacing
such goods by the seller and shipping costs paid by the seller. Delay or damage
in shipment solved by the seller will take care of it to the transport services
and the seller will send goods receipt number to the client, so that the
receipt number the client can check the
existence of the goods through a website of transport services.
