Abstract: Execution of the lease purchase agreement on
PT.Columbus Padang Brach does not always go smootly as reply agreement by the
parties.of the lease pirchase agreement there are many problems that arise both
from the seller and the buyer lease rent.Problems lease purchase agreement
electronic goods and furniture,(1)how is the implementation of the lease
purchase agreement electronic goods and furniture in Padang Brach
PT.Columbus?(2)is the default forms tht arise in the implementation of the
lease purchase agreement elektronic goodsand furniture in Padang Brach
PT.Columbus?(3) how can the completion of forms default arising in the
implementation of the lease purchase agreement electronic goods and furniture in
Padang Brach PT.Columbus?In this study the authors used socio-juridical type of
research by conducting interview with several informants to abtain the primary
data.Based on the research results concluded that,(1)in the exeruse of the
rights and obligations of the parties,does not alwys correspond with the
content of the agreement,this led to defaults,(2) in case of default which
often happens is,the rent arrears installments of goods to third party,the
forgery of identity and escape buyers lease,(3) how to completion in case of
default is to give warning letter,goods with drawn by the company and reported
to the authorties.
