PELAKSANAAN PEMBERIAN PELAYANAN KESEHATAN BAGI ANAK DIDIK PEMASYARAKATAN (Studi Kasus: Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Anak Klas IIB Tanjung Pati Kabupaten 50 Kota)
Abstract: Health is a right of
mankind without distinction as to race, religion, political, and socio-economic
level. No exception with children is undergoing a criminal in prisons which
also has the right to obtain health as specified in the regulations. The
formulation of the problem to be addressed are: (1) How is the implementation
of the provision of health services for students correctional prisons Starch
Children Class IIB Cape Town District 50? (2) What are the factors that hinder
the implementation of the provision of health services for students
correctional prisons Starch Children Class IIB Cape Town District 50? Approach
to research is, the type of research is descriptive. juridical sociological
secondary dandata using primary data. The data obtained from interviews and
document study. The data obtained were analyzed qualitatively. From the results
of this study concluded: (1) The provision of health services for students correctional
prisons IIBTanjung Children Class Pati District 50 City should be given in 4
types of services, ie services promotive, preventive, curative, and
rehabilitative. But that is done only service focused on curative aspect alone.
(2) Barriers to implementation of the provision of health services for students
correctional prisons Children Class IIB Cape Pati District 50 towns, namely:
lack of medical personnel, facilities are limited drugs, and inadequate
budgets.
