KONSERVASI SUMBER DAYA PERIKANAN BERDASARKAN PERATURAN PEMERINTAH NOMOR 60 TAHUN 2007 TENTANG KONSERVASI SUMBER DAYA IKAN DI DAERAH PESISIR KOTA PARIAMAN
Abstract: Approximately 75% of
the territory of Indonesia is the sea area, hence the need for legislation
governing, particularly regarding the conservation of fish resources, the
increasing number of fishing that does not pay attention to the environment
that resulted in the destruction of habitat, biota, and ecosystems that exist
in base sea. With the attention of the central government, local governments,
and stakeholders related to the conservation of fish resources in order
materialize by either: (1) The author examines how the conservation of marine
fishery resources in the coastal areas Pariaman ?, (2) What obstacles faced in
the management of marine fishery resources conservation in coastal areas
Pariaman ?, and (3) How to efforts in solving problems faced in the
conservation of marine fishery resources in the coastal areas Pariaman ?. To
answer the above question used socio-juridical legal research methods. The
collection of legal materials research field, systematically processed using
qualitative analisisa.Based on the results of that research.The conservation of
marine fishery resources in the coastal areas Pariaman by using zoning
analysis, and the establishment of reserves forutilization conservation areas
and conservation areas in a sustainable manner. Constraints faced in the
management of marine fishery resources conservation in coastal areas Pariaman
namely, damage to ecosystems, institutional, and environmental aspects of the
biophysical and socio-economic and cultural. Efforts to resolve the problems
faced in the conservation of marine fishery resources in the coastal areas
Pariaman namely, the protection program, a program with a long-term management
strategy of strengthening the management of regional resources, and
institutional.
