KAJIAN YURIDIS PERLINDUNGAN ANAK SEBAGAI KORBAN TRAFFICKING IN PERSON DITINJAU DARI KONVENSI HAK-HAK ANAK (CONVENTION on THE RIGHTS of THE CHILD) 1989 dan IMPLEMENTASINYA di INDONESIA
Abstract: Prolonged economic
crisis, which hit Indonesia resulted in many unemployed arise. As a result,
many people who justify any means to improve or enrich his life the wrong way.
With so many children who are at risk for becoming victims of human trafficking
(trafficking). Government efforts in this regard, particularly Indonesia has
ratified the Convention on the Rights of the Child (the Convention on the Right
of the Child) in providing legal protection for victims of trafficking abroad.
Problems: (1) how the forms of protection of child victims of trafficking (child
trafficking) under the CRC (Convention on the Right of the Child)?, (2) how an
implementation of the CRC in Indonesia? The method used in this thesis approach
normative legal / juridical using primary data and secondary data. From the
results of the study concluded: (1) a form of protection provided by the CRC to
children, in the form of services and the protection of victims, physical and
psychological recovery and social victims, repatriation of victims by observing
safety. (2) forms of CRC implementation in Indonesia, among others, laws and
regulations relating to the issue of children and Indonesia also held
international cooperation, such as the Mutual Legal Asistance and extradition
agreement with the country lain.Upaya made in the prevention of child trafficking:
(1 ) supports the sustainability of primary education for girls after primary
school. (2) provide basic skills training to facilitate the increase in income.
