Abstract: Indonesia is a State
law set forth in the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. Demi
terselanggaranya law abiding and ensure legal certainty . Code of Conduct
notary has a very important meaning to the notary as a public official and
authentic deed the only one recognized by the State . Code of Conduct which provides
an overview of a notary public in an effort to meet the requirement of legal
certainty for the parties and communities to secure their rights over his
property , if a dispute later . Seeing the growth and needs of the community at
this point to be made by a notary deed . The formulation of the problem studied
1 ) The effectiveness of a code of professional conduct in carrying out
notarial duties and authorities in the district Dharmasraya . ? 2 ) How is the
task of monitoring local assemblies ( MPD ) implementation in Dharmasraya . ?
Sociological research methods is juridical . The data used in the field of
primary data obtained through interview techniques . And secondary data
obtained through the study of documents . The results of the study 1 ) The effectiveness
of a code of professional conduct in carrying out notarial duties and
authorities in the district Dharmasraya , namely a reference code of conduct
for notaries notary in Dharmasraya during the making of this deed . 2 )
Assembly area supervisor in the field in accordance with what has been doing
its authority and has not found violations of the code of ethics .
