IMPLEMENTASI PERATURAN DAERAH KABUPATEN DHARMASRAYA NOMOR 19 TAHUN 2007 TENTANG PENGELOLAAN DAN PENGUSAHAAN PERTAMBANGAN DAN ENERGI
Abstract: There is a gold
mining Dharmasraya district, including mining using Ships Lanting, mining with
manual way and etc., but both the mining does not have permission to perform
gold mining. The formulation of the problem in this research is: 1)How
implementation of the illegal gold mining in Dharmasraya District? 2)whether
the problem faced Dharmasraya District Government in tackling illegal gold
miners in Dharmasraya District? 3)How Dharmasraya District Government efforts
in tackling illegal gold miners in Dharmasraya District?. The research method
used is the judicial Research sociological that focusing research in studying
primary data supported by secondary data. Analytical technique used in this
research is qualitative research means research that does not use the
calculation of the numbers or research done with how to arrange and collect
data and then the data is processed with how to systematically. The results of
this research are: 1). Illegal gold mining has been done during the 70 years,
since the 1940s until now with the depth of the more or less 30 meters. 2).
Obstacles facing it is not yet there is an effort to follow up the government
to handle illegal gold mine in terms of the law, investment or limgkungan. 3)
effort to local government in tackling illegal gold miners in Dharmasraya
District namely take action of socialization, monitoring, and construction.
